Girls on the Run

POWER, PURPOSE & POTENTIAL

3rd-5th Grades

Girls on the Run registration opens February 25- March 4, 2026!
Girls on the Run is a fun, empowering program designed for girls in 3rd–5th grade and blends physical activity with confidence-building, teamwork, and connection. Participants will train together for a 5K while forming meaningful friendships and discovering their inner strength.

The program will run for 8 weeks, after school at Bridlemile.
Monday & Thursdays 2:45p-4:15p

Beginning April 2
Ending of Season 5k: May 30

Due to its popularity, enrollment at our location is determined by a lottery managed by Girls on the Run Oregon. Families may sign up between February 25 and April 4 to be entered into the lottery.

Program Fee: $230

Because the program is only eight weeks long and works toward completing a 5K, consistent attendance is crucial. Participants should plan to miss no more than two practices (unless due to illness). If a participant cannot attend both practices each week or will regularly need to leave early for another activity, we kindly ask that they not register so that a spot remains available for someone who can fully participate. Full participation helps ensure the best experience for each runner and the team as a whole.
