  • Auction items that bring in the most $$$:

    • Vacation homes 

    • Event/Sport tickets

    • Unique Experiences
      (wine tastings, behind the scenes tour, spa days, cooking classes)

    • Restaurant / Local business Gift Certificates

    • Donate your expertise + time!  (Examples include but are not limited to: landscape designer, family photographer, esthetician, stylist)

  • Each year Bridlemile families host parties to help raise money for the school.  These can be kid only, adult only, or fun for the whole family. 

    Party ideas could include:

    • A progressive dinner

    • A murder mystery or theme night

    • Arts / Crafts How-Tos

    • Clothing Swap Party

    • Family Concert in the park

FAQ’s

  • The Live In-Person Auction is on Saturday, April 24, starting at 6pm at Nordic House. The live event will feature exclusive auction packages, delicious food and drinks, and a great chance to hang out with our wonderful school community.

    The Online Silent Auction will be available from Thursday, April 16th until Thursday, April 23rd at 9pm.  We’ll have tons of great auction items to bid on, including the oh-so-popular parties hosted by Bridlemile families and classroom art.

  • The auction will be at Nordic House, located at 8800 SW Oleson Rd, Portland, OR 97223.

  • It’s Casual Friday, come as you are!

  • Tickets will go on sale through the auction website in early March. Space is limited, so tickets will sell out!

  • The Online Auction will go live on Thursday, April 16th and will stay open until 9pm on Thursday, April 23rd.  Don’t worry, we will remind you!  You’ll have all week to place your bids on the silent auction items.

    Stay tuned for “Choose Your Own Adventure” raffle details. We will draw the lucky winner at the Live Auction on Friday, April 24, but you do not need to be present to win. 1 ticket will cost $25, and 5 tickets will cost $100 for a chance to win an amazing trip!

    All Live Auction packages will be exclusively available at the live event on April 24.  Keep an eye out for some sneak peeks.

  • The live auction is an adult-only event.  Thank you for understanding.

  • There’s still time to donate items/experiences, host a party, or sponsor the auction to make our biggest fundraiser of the year a success!  The deadline is Friday, April 3rd.  See below and contact foundation@bridlemileschool.org with any questions.
